NWA Wedding Venues

Here are ten Northwest Arkansas wedding venues that I have shot at and four more that I'm dying to shoot at in no particular order! Whether you are looking for something modern, industrial, classic or romantic Northwest Arkansas offers some of the most beautiful venues around!

Let's kick it off with St. Catherine's at Bell Gable. This tiny chapel in Fayetteville looks like it should be tucked into the European countryside. You can book small weddings in the chapel with a capacity of 38, outside the chapel with a capacity of 40 or they have the barn that holds 40 people indoor or outdoor.

They provide an on site event coordinator to make your event go smoothly. They also offer additional services that may be booked such as a limo (onsite use only), or a champagne or wedding toast. Outdoor chairs are also available for nominal fees.

Sassafras Springs Vineyard

This venue has multiple options for ceremony and reception spaces, ample parking, bride and groom areas to get ready and a seating capacity in The Stables at 400 when seated at tables for a reception or 500 when using theatre seating as a ceremony site. The Chapel Ruins site can seat up to 360 and there are multiple options for smaller celebrations. There is also three options for onsite overnight stays and you can schedule your rehearsal dinners with them too!

Kindred North

Located in Centerton, Arkansas Kindred North is a modern venue with indoor and outdoor ceremony options, two getting ready suites that have separate entrances right next to the main building. Behind the main building and getting ready suites is the out door ceremony area with a paved walkway. It offers permanent bench seating and a modern arbor that you can decorate with your own decor.

Inside is spacious and beautiful with white walls, and lots of windows to let natural light through and at the back is a covered porch that's lovely for hanging out and for portraits!

They have rental decor options that are stunning and make things easier for couples so you don't have to bring in your own decor or rent them from another company! Other services include in house coordinating, set up and clean up packages and gorgous floral design options!

Their outdoor ceremony space accommodates up to 300 and indoors they can seat 225.

Lakepoint Restaurant and Event Center

If one of the priorities for your wedding day is having fun and enjoying good food (who doesn't want that?!) then you definitely need to take a look at Lakepoint Restaurant in Bella Vista! It is on the shore of Loch Lomond and has it's outdoor ceremony area right on the shore with a raised pavilion.

But the star of the show at Lakepoint isn't just the beautiful lakeshore views, or the amazing food options. Lisa Papin is the Sales Director and has put together an amazing staff whose primary focus is serving their couples and guests and bringing their wedding day dreams come true!

You can plan your entire wedding day there (they have getting ready rooms for both partners) you can have lunch and snacks and even late night snacks scheduled in addition to your amazing after wedding dinner! Their banquet room seats up to 120 for your reception and outdoors their ceremony space accommodates up to 200!

White River Landing - Fayetteville, Arkansas

This venue is in a quiet area with lots of green space, outdoor and indoor ceremony options, a covered patio and lots of onsite modern decor that comes included with your rental, they boast transparent pricing with no hidden expenses!

Capacity is 150 for indoor and outdoor areas.

Mildred B. Cooper Chapel - Bella Vista, Arkansas

If you love nature and natural light as well as an interest in architecture Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista is the perfect wedding venue for you. It seats a maximum of 120 guests. This venue is not for everyone, you must book a separate off site location for getting ready and reception and the maximum time you are allowed to book is for two hours. But if these policies don't scare you away, and they shouldn't - but I promise you that you will have the most beautiful wedding, and the most beautiful images! The on site coordinators are super nice and helpful, and there is a cute little office down near the lake which also houses public restrooms for you and your guests. The office is open for use to get ready in or as a place for one of the partners to tuck away in the event you want a traditional reveal down the aisle as you enter for the ceremony.

Brick Ballroom - Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Looking for a wedding venue with more of an industrial feel and lots of natural light? This venue is perfect! The venue is super flexible and has a covered outdoor ceremony area or an indoor ceremony area but still retains it's indoor reception area separately! They have a built in bar, lots of restroom space as well as plenty of getting ready areas for both partners!

You can have up to 200 guests in the covered outdoor ceremony area and up to 300 in the indoor ceremony spot. Another option for the outdoor covered location is to use it for your happy hour!

Nearby to the venue is the park with a beautiful fountain and gardens as well as a bridge for lots of beautiful outdoor photography. This venue is so pretty though that you could spend all your portrait time indoors!

For couples who are environmentally conscious or want to give back to the community The Brick Ballroom will take your leftover food to a nearby nonprofit ministry to share with less fortunate and if you have no purpose for your flowers they will take them to a nearby convalescent home to share with the residents there and brighten their day! How cool is that and super helpful!

The Mansion at the Orchard - Bentonville, Arkansas

Looking for a smaller venue but still want elegance and sophistication? The Mansion at the Orchard is stunning and elegant!

Ceremony seating capacity inside is 100 and if you are looking for a venue that also offers overnight accommodations they can lodge up to 16 guests with their "The Weekend" package!

Hardwood floors, white interior with tall windows for gorgeous natural light and classic columns are an absolute vibe!

Garden Room - Fayetteville, Arkansas

If your style is a little more Mid-Century or you'd like your outdoor ceremony to have a fairy/woodland vibe, take a look at this venue in the middle of Fayetteville with some seriously cute vibes!

Capacity is 150 for both the outdoor and indoor areas and this venue has getting ready areas for both partners. They have a large bar area and upper table seating areas as well as lovely outdoor nooks and crannies during happy hour if weather permits.

Since they are in a very populated area of Fayetteville, parking can be challenging so be sure and scope that out beforehand and arrive early to allow for finding a parking spot and walking to the venue!

The Record - Bentonville, Arkansas

Located in Downtown Bentonville, this venue is modern and spacious! It has separate indoor ceremony and reception areas (no outdoor ceremony option). There are a couple of things that could deter couples here and that is parking and getting ready suites. Basically, the parking is extremely limited and almost all guests and even wedding party will need to find off site parking. You will also need to find off site getting ready locations on your own that are close so you aren't spending much time traveling to the venue.

Otherwise, this venue is super cool and looks amazing, has plenty of room for you and your guests and also has two bars and roomy catering kitchen.

You can book the entire venue if you want to have your ceremony and reception there or you can book Record North which seats up to 600 guests, and Record South with seats up to 400 guests.
